EZPCBA Gerber Naming Guide

Prepare one complete set of fabrication files for a single PCB design revision.

Include:
- Copper layers (for example, top and bottom copper)
- Solder mask layers
- Silkscreen layers
- NC drill files, with plated and non-plated holes identified
- Board outline

Name each file so its layer and side are clear. State the measurement units and include stack-up notes when required. Keep all files for the same revision together, and make sure the board outline and drill data use the same origin and units.

Before ordering, confirm that the file set matches the selected layer count and that no required layer is missing. If your CAD tool uses different file extensions, include a layer map or fabrication note that identifies each file.
