Gerberzip · rar · 7z: Required; Gerber files in RS-274X format, with board outline and drill data. Contact us before sending other CAD formats.
BOMxls · xlsx · csv: Required; Columns: reference designators, MPN, manufacturer, quantity, package, description, DNP flag.
CPLcsv · txt · xlsx: Required; Component placement list (centroid / pick-and-place). State the units and mark each part as top or bottom side.

Schematic, test procedure, or photos go in the optional slot on the RFQ form.

Reply time

We typically send an itemized quotation within one business day (China Standard Time, UTC+8) after your Gerber, BOM, and CPL are complete. If a file is missing or unclear, an engineer contacts you first, and the reply time starts once the files are complete.

Online NDA

The NDA is optional. If you need one, sign it online on the RFQ form before you upload your files. We use your Gerber, BOM, and volume data only to quote and build your order, and share them only with qualified partner factories under confidentiality.

Quotation line items

Every PCBA quotation uses the same six lines, so your purchasing team can compare quotes line by line.

PCB: Bare-board fabrication for the quoted stack-up and quantity.
Components: Component pricing based on confirmed sources, required quantities, and procurement terms. Customer-supplied parts are identified separately.
Assembly & Test: SMT and through-hole assembly, standard inspection, the tests listed on your quote, and packaging.
NRE: Stencil, fixtures, and programming, listed separately when they apply.
Freight: International shipping to your U.S. address.
Import Duty (DDP): U.S. import duties and customs clearance. Orders ship DDP, so nothing more is due on delivery.
