This Cookie Notice explains how ZHENG HE CROSS-BORDER LIMITED (doing business as EZPCBA) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.ezpcba.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Use the Cookie settings button above to change your choice at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels in emails. Most of what we store on your device is browser local storage, not classic cookies, but we treat both the same way in this notice.
- First-party cookies and storage are set by ezpcba.com.
- Third-party cookies are set by others (for example Google or Stripe) when you use their features.
- Session items expire when you close the browser.
- Persistent items last until they expire or you delete them.
2. How we use them
We group them into four categories. Strictly necessary items are required for the site to work. Functional items are stored only when you use the related feature, such as saving a quote draft or signing in with Google. Analytics and advertising items stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner.
2.1 Strictly necessary
We store a small number of items on your device that the site cannot work without. They are used to:
- keep you signed in and renew your session;
- protect your account, including limiting repeated failed sign-in attempts;
- prevent a double-click from creating a duplicate order or payment;
- remember your language and cookie choice on this browser; the site-footer link lets you submit a Do Not Sell or Share request.
These items last until you sign out, they expire, or you clear your browser data.
2.2 Functional
When you use the related feature, we store items that save you from re-entering information. They are used to:
- keep board parameters and unsent quote requests while you work on them;
- carry your selected quote through checkout and show the result page after payment;
- return you to the right page after Google sign-in;
- remember interface preferences, such as whether the account sidebar is collapsed.
These items last until the task is completed or you clear your browser data.
2.3 Analytics (only after you accept)
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept optional cookies in the banner. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
| Name | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga and related _ga_* cookies | Google Analytics | Up to 2 years | Traffic measurement (set only after you accept) |
2.4 Advertising
We do not currently use advertising cookies to profile you across other sites, and we do not load advertising pixels. If this changes, we will update this notice, the Do Not Sell or Share disclosure in our Privacy Policy, and the site-footer opt-out link before we start using them.
3. Third parties that may set cookies when you use a feature
| Party | When | More information |
|---|---|---|
| Sign in with Google, and Analytics if you accepted optional cookies | Google Privacy Policy | |
| Stripe | Redirect to Stripe Checkout | Stripe Privacy Policy |
| Cloudflare | Site delivery and file storage | Cloudflare Privacy Policy |
4. How to control cookies
- Use the Cookie settings button at the top of this page, or the banner on your first visit, to allow or reject optional cookies.
- Use your browser settings to delete or block cookies and site data. Blocking everything will sign you out and may prevent checkout.
- Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Industry opt-outs: Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance.
Tracking pixels, if used in our emails, tell us whether a message was opened. You can turn off remote images in your email client.
5. Transfers and retention
Cookie identifiers may be processed in Hong Kong, mainland China, and in countries where Google, Stripe, or our CDN provider operates. Retention is described in Section 2. Personal data collected via cookies is handled under the Privacy Policy.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, or restriction, or withdraw consent to non-essential cookies, by emailing service@ezpcba.com. See the Privacy Policy for California and GDPR details. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
7. Changes
We will post updates here with a new date. If we add a new analytics or advertising provider, we will update this notice before we start using it.
