Review our inspection standards, testing options, and quality documentation before placing an order.
Every quotation states the inspection plan for your build: IPC class, test coverage, and lot documentation. Our partner factories build to that plan, and a lot ships only after it passes each inspection gate.
Our boards are built at partner factories that operate certified quality management systems. Factory certificates for your build are available on request with your quotation.
Select the class on your RFQ. Most commercial and industrial products use Class 2. Switching after quoting changes workmanship criteria, yield, and price.
| Criterion | Class 2 | Class 3 |
|---|---|---|
| Typical use | Dedicated service electronics. Industrial and commercial products. | High-reliability electronics where continued operation is critical. |
| Workmanship criteria | Balances reliability and cost when continuous operation matters but the environment is not extreme. | Acceptance criteria for high-performance electronic products where continued operation is critical. |

Methods available on the partner lines we quote. Fixture-based ICT and functional testing require time for fixture development and validation.
Each assembly lot has a lot ID. Traceability requirements beyond the lot ID, such as component batch or serial-number records, are confirmed in the quotation.
You may appoint an independent inspection agency, such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV, for incoming, in-process, or pre-shipment inspection. Tell us before you order; site access and scheduling are confirmed in the quotation. The agency’s findings are its own.
