This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
1. Where we ship
We ship finished boards to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia only.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and we do not ship outside the United States.
You must give a complete street address that a courier can deliver to. You are responsible for any additional charges caused by a wrong or incomplete address.
2. Trade term: DDP
Unless a quotation says otherwise, prices include DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) delivery to your U.S. address:
- international freight as quoted;
- ordinary U.S. import duty as estimated at quote time.
You should not receive a separate customs invoice for ordinary duty on a standard PCB/PCBA shipment sold under DDP. DDP does not include:
- storage, redirection, or redelivery because no one was available to receive the parcel;
- fees caused by an address error you made;
- duties or penalties if the contents differ from what you declared to us (for example, extra items in the same box that you asked us to include).
3. Production time and delivery estimates
The quote shows a production window in working days (based on the China working calendar; Chinese public holidays are not counted) and an estimated transit time.
These dates are estimates, not guarantees. We work to ship on time. We are not liable for delay caused by production load, engineering questions about your files, carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
“Engineering review complete” or “Released” does not mean production has started. The actual production start depends on scheduling.
4. Carriers and tracking
We hand parcels to international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another carrier shown at checkout. The options you see on the quote are the ones available for that order.
When a tracking number is assigned, it appears on the order page and in the shipping email we send you. After the parcel is with the carrier, tracking updates come from the carrier.
Early tracking scans may show movements within China before export. These do not mean the parcel has been delivered in the United States.
5. Delay, damage, and loss
- Check tracking first.
- Email service@ezpcba.com with the order number and tracking number.
| Problem | When to tell us |
|---|---|
| Parcel damaged | Within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the box and boards |
| Parcel not received | Within 60 days after shipment |
We will help open a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms loss or damage that is not your fault, we will remake or refund as described in the Refund and Quality Policy. Claims are handled under this policy and the Refund and Quality Policy and do not cover consequential losses (such as missed product launches or expedited-service fees you paid elsewhere).
Estimated dates are suspended for the duration of a force majeure event (such as an epidemic, strike, government action, or severe weather).
6. Inspection on arrival
Please open the parcel and check the quantity and look for obvious defects when it arrives. Keep the packaging until you are satisfied. See the Refund and Quality Policy for claim windows.
